This lovely authentic band ring is by Cartier, it is crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring an open love knot design, on one side of the knot has diamonds and the other side is in polished finish. The band has a wide form from the front and tapers off smaller around the back. It is signed by the designer with the serial number, ring size and metal content.
