This gorgeous vintage choker necklace is by Cartier, it has 5 high polished bead strands which is attached to a lovely fancy shape clasp pendant adorned with a large mabe pearl and is crafted from sterling silver with 18k yellow gold. It secures with a push in and snap shut clasp. It is signed by the designer with the metal content.
