Brass and Alabaster chandelier circa 1940 with ten lights, antique Italian Art Deco chandelier with circular structure, a beautiful brass casting, eight lights on curved arms and eight dome-shaped uprights, decorated with plant motifs and bunches of grapes, which hold a large white alabaster cup in warm tones, enclosed within a frame with zoomorphic motifs and beading in relief. The hook at the top is also made with two cast brass figures.
Inside the cup, two additional lights can be illuminated with double switching. It works with ten E27 bulbs and is wired for a maximum output of 1500 watts.
The chandelier comes from a private villa in Milan, it has been completely dismantled, the brass structure has been cleaned of oxidation, polished and treated with paint that preserves the metal from future oxidation. It was wired from scratch to turn on the eight lights of the sun arms separately or together with the two lights inside the alabaster bowl to create warm lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Perfect for decorating retro-inspired living rooms, dining rooms or foyers. A rare chandelier for lovers of elegant and refined design.
