The curved backs have delicate spindles with stylised wheat motifs and their tapered legs enhance its neoclassical style. Repainted and gilded over time it is currently upholstered in a serviceable and traditional pink and beige damask fabric evoking a sense of understated luxury. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
