Fantastic pair of italian sconces in brass and soft white enameled metal. These incredibly elegant 5 lights sconces were produced in italy in the early 1950s clearly in the style of gio ponti. Fully original and in spectacular condition, these sconces feature 5 curved arms and a backplate in solid brass that has been kept with its gorgeous gold patina, which amplifies their charm and historical value. The cone-shaped shades are in a soft white enamelled metal. Fully original, the lights have been re-wired. They use 5 e14 light bulbs compatible with both us and eu/uk standards. The sinuous design and the contrast between the brass and the off-white shades makes this sconces incredibly elegant and unique. These elegant sconces are perfect to enhance a mid-century living room or entryway project. Measures in cm: width - 20 height - 37 depth - 18 this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
