Signs of wear on the surfaces, they kind of add some character to these vintage vases. Not sure about the material, It looks like they were painted with brass color paint that only covers the opening, does not go in all the way. Insides are black. Not real cloisonne, it does not have any metal wires, rather they are painted with gold color paint. Blue detail under the the rim and at the base. See less
