Maker's marking is itched on the underside, as close up image indicates, states, "Regalia." In great condition, with minor scratch here and there to base bottom, conducive and indicative with used pieces, otherwise well preserved. We took the liberty to polish the handle, after the fact, as the camera sees everything, a remiss on our part, but fabulously polishes well. less
