The hand painted Asian scene is a typical village scene featuring localized foliage and fauna with an Asian pagoda style house. The wonderful thing about this piece is the size and ability to ship more easily and the 2 drawers that slide out with ease makes the piece a desirable size in terms of it's practical use. I found this chest in an antique store in Beverly Hills in the early 1980s, but now I'm offering it here on my sight. Consequently I have a tall 4 panel Asian screen on ("my vendor portal") my site that matches this chest of drawers. See less
