Charming 4-piece set of ironstone plates featuring jaunty orange blossoms with strappy green foliage surrounded by a scalloped rim with striated edge detail. Sure to bring a smile with every use!
The set was fabricated by the esteemed porcelain house of Crown Staffordshire of Stoke-on-Trent, England. The company was established in the late 1800's (despite them assuming, for marketing purposes, the earlier 1801 date of a predecessor company), The mark on these pieces dates back to as early as the 1930s. Mark en verso as shown in photos.
