- This fun and folksy piece is a bit of a departure for me. I tried to make it look a … more This fun and folksy piece is a bit of a departure for me. I tried to make it look a little more folk-art-like with the fun bird toy on the top left, the tent on the bottom right and the statuesque American Dipper. I used many layers of acrylic paint and mediums along with pencil, crayon and colored pencil. The 20" x 16" cradled panel has been painted a deep chocolate brown on the sides so that it is ready to hang as is. The artist is LWren Walraven who is the owner and operator of Wrenz Art. less
