Chantal Wicki, self-taught artist, has specialized in sculpture since the 1980s. Her career began at the F+F Schule pour l'art in Zurich, where she explored poetry and performance, before devoting herself entirely to her work sculptural.
His sculptures are characterized by an expressive approach which evolves towards a rigorous realism, often centered on the human body, particularly female, naked and charged with eroticism.
Wicki creates works that are distinguished by their intimacy and complexity, using installations that enrich his visual language. His sculptures echo mythical themes and explore human passion, capturing moments of connection and ecstasy.
