The print is in excellent condition bears the edition number 120/200, and is hand signed, titled and dated by the artist in pencil. Iger, Arnold

Born in NY City in 1949.
Educated at the Brooklyn Museum Art School, the University of Hawaii, the San Francisco Academy of Art, and the Atelier 17 of Paris. The appeal of Iger s etchings is that they exhibit a realistic and virtuoso draftsmanship and yet also are as free, lyrical, and lovely as the flowers and landscapes they represent. Travels to Europe, Mexico and Asia give his prints broad international appeal.

Each of his etchings focuses on a different flower, with realistic attention to detail and depth of color that is unsurpassed among his contemporaries. Not only does the blossom itself receive his careful attention, but the leaves, stem, vase, even the water in the vase-all are special to Iger's artistic eye and worthy of his individual touch. Everywhere one looks in an Iger etching some new facet of natural beauty is revealed. Iger teaches us to perceive as well as to see, perhaps the most lasting gift any artist can offer.
