This piece is completely modular and can be set up in multiple different shapes! It can be seperated and set up to create two sofas, a loveseat, and even individual side chairs! In total there are 10 sofa bases and 1 end/storage piece. Each sofa piece has an L bracket that acts as a back rest/support and also has a magazine pocket.

The cushions vary in sizes due to wear but for the most part are about 35-36” in width and depth.

Overall, it presents well, but does show signs of use, including some wear, scratches, and watermarks throughout. There are a few small holes and rips, which we’ve photographed for full transparency. At some point, three patches were replaced with brown vinyl, which is also shown in the photos. The leather has a beautiful patina from natural aging. The foam is in good condition and is ready to go. the base pieces display the most wear and tear. However, given the modular design of the piece, you can easily position it so that the more worn areas face a wall, making them less noticeable. Please review the photos carefully to fully see condition, we have clearly photographed the wear and tear. less
