It is dated 1992 and signed as shown. The bottle is cone shaped with blue swirls, white spots, and a slender and well fitting stopper that is broken at the top.

The bottle measures 1.75 inches across the base and is 5/8 of an inch wide at the top with a ½ inch wide opening. The bottle is 3 3/8 inches tall and is 6.00 inches to the top of the stopper.
