The trough is hand-carved from solid limestone with a rectangular form, rounded corners and a deep interior basin. The chiseled surface of the stone has weathered with time, developing subtle asymmetry and color variation. A drainage hole is carved into one side, making the trough ideal as a statement garden planter or even an unexpected sink basin.
