This is a small original ink botanical painting (from my Botanique series) on a vintage French postcard, set in an unusual ornate pewter colored frame. The painting is varnished and mounted to a hardboard panel, (no need for glass). The frame has some really lovely texture and pattern and has a slightly silver/pewter color, heavy solid wood. The black inner border sets the art off and adds drama. This would be perfect in a bookshelf or set in a tabletop easel, there is a mate to this art, see my listings.
The overall size of the piece is 14"x16" with the inner art at just 5"x7". Ready to hang, signed on the back. less
