I have taken that into account and priced this accordingly.. This style not easy to come by, you can make it the diamond in your home. It is in 3 pieces for easy transportation. Tho each piece is very heavy. This cabinet is unique to others, given it's pagoda top. I have not found identical online or retail that compares. Those similar, in similar condition sell for 3500$ or more. Those similar, in mint condition, sell for 4-5000$ Therefore, this piece could be used as is, or redone to your desire. less
