Details: Authentic traveling cash box or tabletop money lending desk, used by bankers in the late 19th or early 20th centuries. Features a flip-up slant lid top with paper slot and hidden small drawer within, and a larger drawer accessible from the front. Lockable brass latch and decorative brass drawer pulls. This is a very charming piece for your collection. Made in India.
