This is a 19th century piece by the Barbour Silver Co, founded in 1892 in Hartford, CT. a division of International Silver 1898. It is nickel silver and the design detail with leaf and hoofed feet and corded trim around the top and handle. The pictures just don't show off the beautiful detail as they should. See less
