Rare David Hockney Original 1988 Exhibition poster, “Nichols Canyon”, from his retrospective showing at Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City,
The painting was created by David Hockney in 1980. It is one of many of Hockney’s iconic and colorful depictions of the canyons and terrain near his residence in the hills of Los Angeles.
The colors are bold and vivid. It is framed in a simple chrome frame, under glass.
