I'm thrilled to offer for sale this gorgeous pair of two (2) solid oak with woven rattan (cane) English tea or end tables made by the highly esteemed Baker Furniture Company with the following fine features:
- Made of solid oak and woven rattan (cane) circa 1960s in a distinct Jacobean style
- Hand-turned barley twist columns
- Solid oak ball feet
- Hand-woven rattan (cane) bottom
- Measures 24" tall with a 26" square tabletop surface
- Tabletop surface features gorgeous quarter sawn (tiger) oak paneled parquetry
- Single dovetailed drawer with original brass pull hardwood
- Each table weighs approximately 36 pounds (extremely solid and heavy)
- While the Baker Furniture tags have long since fallen off the inside drawers, the other Baker Furniture-specific model and finish backstamps still exist less
