Country of collection: Redruth, England in Cornwall.
While on a sourcing trip to the U.K. and France this small box caught my eye! The colorful rich brown finish and deep wood grain is the background for the intricate inlay of mixed metals. The intricate design included lacy brass detail enhanced with silver finish crosses throughout the lid. The small box has a brass clasp which closes easily. The interior is clean and the exterior has no scratches or dents. If you're needing an attractive catch all, then make tihs piece a "keeper" in your home.
