It has a dent (shown in one of the photos that could be repaired when rewiring the lamp if one wanted to do so). A local lamp restorer told me that to refresh the lamp wiring and remove its dent would be $100. I saw as much as $2500.(retail) for metal lamps about the same size. But mine has a dent.But the wiring works. the surface is beautiful, not chipped, scratched or damaged.
