The carnival glass … Read more I love iridescent anything, and this plate has the best colors, from yellow to blue to red! The carnival glass type is called Black Amethyst. The Fenton pattern is the Persian Medallion. Check out the photos of the bottom, it's so different than the top! The bottom pattern is called Bearded Berry with a Scale Filter. You'll also see the original Fenton label next to the Fenton embossed stamp. There are no chips or cracks. I am amazed a glass plate can be in such great condition after more than 50 years! See less
