The mouse and mantel are inlaid wood, the stocking crushed shells with lots of brass highlighting and outlining the design elements. These trays look great on a easel as part of your holiday decor.

The Couroc Company was founded by Guthrie Courvoisier and his wife Moira Wallace, who was an artist, in 1948. They designed and made thousands of trays, bowls & accessories which were hand inlaid by master craftsmen using shells, coins, woods & metals. Each piece is one of a kind. Sadly, Couroc stopped production of these beautiful trays in 1998.

One of the company's advertisement states "Any tray can serve a drink. Only Couroc can start a conversation." Still true to this day!
