Old and authentic studio, cinema or theater projector, vintage LITA from the 1950s. It is made of gunmetal with a typical fin.
This projector has a characteristic “Shell” shape, in the Streamline style, a popular design movement in the United States, this movement is also called Paquebot Style, it is an artistic movement of the Modern period. It appeared after the economic crisis of 1929 and peaked at the end of the 1930s.
The projector still has its original Fresnel lens intact.
Everything is original.
Side adjustment wheel and a rear adjustment wheel.
Very nicely old and patinated, it is a superb element of decoration and interior lighting.
It can also be used by a photographer who loves the special light of Fresnel lenses.
Works.
