This sculpture was sold exclusively by the company
Magui Publishers Inc of Los Angeles in 1984 under the agreement of the Artist during his lifetime.
Each clock was sold at the time without the base (only the clock).
Salvador DALI asked the Magui foundry to make the 1100 examples (clocks) without the bases.
The base of this one was made by the French Artist Francis d'Estaing
