Alice Terry a Florida watercolorist and sculptor, considered herself to be a self taught artist, but she held two art degrees: a BA at SUNY, New Paltz, and an MFA at University of Miami (1975).

Her paintings impart a living, vibrant quality as reflected in work she created during an Ossabaw Island Foundation Residency (1980).

Her work has been collected by Joseph Hirshhorn, Guggenheim Museum, New York University and the Eternal Network Mail Art Archive.

She exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Whitney Museum. less
