"Self-Portrait" is an original xilography realized by Giuseppe Viviani in 1925; Hand-signed in pencil on the lower right, and numbered in pencil on the lower-left. Edition of 200 prints. Perfect conditions. The artwork represents a self- portrait, with strong lines, in expressionistic scratches through white and black, which created a mysterious feeling behind its look, skillfully twisted lines with a master's touch. Giuseppe Viviani (1898) is a popular Italian artist and engraver famous especially for the marine subjects. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
