The base features three ebonised trim glazed doors and adjustable solid shelves, standing on a moulded plinth base with ebonised feet. The bookcase also has curved ebonised mouldings to the sides. Great colour and patina. France, circa 1860. Locks are in working order with keys. Fine quality and craftsmanship using pegged construction and an original oak panelled back. less
