This lovely kidney-shaped desk is made by Imperial Furniture in Grand Rapids. Featuring hand-painted scallop and floral details and brass trim work, this piece is classic and refined with a small footprint. There is a single hidden drawer in the front.

Circa early 1900s (1910-1930 approx.), this American-made writing desk measures 30" tall, 38" wide and 18" deep. It's in nice condition with only some light scuffing to the wood commensurate with age. Some larger nails used in to secure the brass detailing in the back (as pictured). But all in all, in nice condition and still elegant and lovely.

I love the size of this piece ... small enough to tuck into nearly any space but still large enough to be useful. less
