It's 'Your Kind of Town'--A magnificent ca. 1930s etching & aquatint of the Palmolive Building, Chicago by notable etcher S. Chester Danforth. Image size: 14 1/4" x 8". Archivally matted to 14" x 20".
S. Chester Danforth is best known for his fine etchings of Chicago of Chicago landmark buildings. He was born in Ithaca, NY in 1896 and lived in Park Ridge, IL where he worked as a fine artist,illustrator. Danforth was also an architect, who created architectural renderings.
