The design of this mid-20th century desk is inspired by the Italian Neoclassical style, called Regency in the United Kingdom and Directoire in France. The idea of ​​re-proposing classic Roman and Greek models considered in the 19th century the highest and unsurpassed point of art and architecture is visible in the choice of a simple, essential design that communicates symmetry and perfectly balances straight lines and geometric shapes.
