This is a very large Zuni Fetish. It is about 11.25 inches tall.
It weighs about 5 pounds.
I am not sure if it is real turquoise. It appears to be made of natural jet stone with beautiful turquoise-colored eyes. The heartline inlay has turquoise-colored pieces and other stone accents including possibly coral and white shell.
It may have been made by one of the Livingston family.
Very unique piece!
The jet stone does have some imperfections that looks like cracking. It also has a chip is missing from one of the front feet. May have other minor imperfections. See pictures for condition as they are part of the description. less
