Each lamp holder is fitted with an elegant, parallelepiped-shaped shade made of sturdy, high-quality white cotton.
The marble used for the lamp columns is "Bianco Gioia Venato" from Carrara, one of the finest marbles in the world, quarried in the Apuan Alps in the Carrara region. This marble is renowned for its exceptional quality and was favored by some of the greatest sculptors and artists in history—Michelangelo, Donatello, Bernini, and Canova—for their most famous masterpieces. Its delicate veining gives the marble an almost ethereal appearance, highlighting its natural beauty. Handcrafted in 2010 by a skilled artisan in a workshop on the outskirts of Milan, these lamps combine the majesty of marble with the warmth and sheen of brass.
