Large vintage walnut shaped nut bowl with hinged top and mallet. Made of monkey pod wood with carved dents to resemble the exterior of a nut. Nut bowl is secured to a wood base with a place for the mallet.
Fun conversation piece that has plenty of room to hold nuts or other snacks or trinkets
Piece is in very good condition with very minor wear due to age and use.
Dimensions: overall length 11 inches, 7" in width and 8 inches to top of mallet. Interior of bowl is 7 inches to the tip and 5 inches wide at the base. less
