Very elegant and sculptural rosewood frame with a new off-white boucle upholstery. The back rest can be adjusted in two positions to use as a sofa or daybed and is working properly. The back rest creates an open feel and look. The fully restored frame is in very good condition and has a beautiful wood grain. An iconic Mid Century piece in excellent condition. Furniture maker Sormani, established in 1961 in Arosio, Italy, has worked with famous designers. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
