Description: Pair of Mid Century 'Oasis' safari chairs. The chairs were designed by Swiss Italian Designer Gian Franco Legler in 1968 … more Pair of Mid Century 'Oasis' safari chairs. The chairs were designed by Swiss Italian Designer Gian Franco Legler in 1968 and produced by the Italian firm Zanotta. Being safari chairs, they have no fixed joints so can be completely dismantled and rebuilt with no tools required. They are constructed in solid ash with leather armrests and canvas seats and backrests. Sold as a set of two, the price is for the pair. The chairs are signed and in fair condition, they have minor woodworm which I have treated with a low-odour product. The canvas seats have some areas of wear commensurate with age but structurally sound. Dimensions 58cm wide x 58cm deep x 77cm height seat height 33cm. less
