more
This beautiful antique round dining table is crafted from solid quarter sawn oak (also known as tiger oak), a hallmark of Arts & Crafts and Mission-style furniture from the early 20th century. The table dates to the 1910s and was made by the Hawthorne Furniture Co., a company founded in the late 1800s in Hawthorne, California, and later moved to Los Angeles.
The table features a split pedestal base, allowing you to extend both the tabletop and base for added stability. It includes one 9.5-inch leaf, expanding the table from its original 48-inch diameter to a total length of approximately 57.5 inches. The table can accommodate additional leaves, enabling it to extend to over 8 feet long, making it perfect for large gatherings. The table stands at 29.75 inches high.
This piece is all-original, not a reproduction, and retains its authentic vintage charm. The table shows over 100 years of use, with character marks and wear consistent with its age. You can either enjoy it in its current condition or refinish it to your preference.
