A Very Fine Antique English Staffordshire Blue Transfer Decorated Platter “Fountain Scenery”
Made byWilliam Adams, circa 1830's
Made in the Tunstall, Staffordshire district of Stoke on Trent, England.
Pretty, brilliant blue transfer decoration, Nice large size. Unusual colour for this pattern. Very common in Purple, or 2 colours. White Staffordshire earthenware ceramic.
Size: 20" wide, 16" deep, by 1 1/2" tall.
Condition: excellent overall condition. Use and wear marks on the surface are consistent with age, and use. No chips or cracks that we have seen.
