Piece is imprinted with golden garlands on the saucer and cup. Cup is a 1/2 size cup to traditional cups (aka demitasse): great for a half-cup of tea, coffee, double shot espresso, etc. A rare antique set made by Mintons expressly for J.E. Caldwell & Co., Philadelphia. With markers' marks "Caldwell & Co" and "Mintons" on underside of both pieces. Piece would make a nice gift.
