The elaborate carvings consist of twisting grapevines that form an open frame surrounding three sections of glass. Additional motifs include sweeping volutes set in between large leaf clusters and a smaller foliate leg. Another pair of volutes grace the upper corners of the frame, each beneath two curled leaves. At the bottom of the frame is a small cluster of leaves, banded together, just above a sprawling leaf curl. The top is embellished with a massive floral bouquet, bound by a flowing crinkle ribbon and surmounting an open pair of scrolls. Our impressive Provencale giltwood mirror has been rigged for hanging and can be mounted to the wall of a hallway, bedroom, or living room. less
