The piece … more An eye-catching table lamp, model “Cobra”, designed by Harvey Guzzini and manufactured by Guzzini in Italy around 1960.
The piece is made of black and white perspex, a material that is iconic for Guzzini’s style and which characterises mid-century Italian design.
A chrome plated metal arm separates the black perspex base from its white shade. Gives a nice diffused light. Depending on the warmth and intesity of the bulb you choose, it gives a more modern, white light or a bit more yellowish, warm light. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
