Elaborately made by the company of jl … more Charming silvered brass bowl/ centerpiece from the early art nouveau era in austria. Elaborately made by the company of jl herrmann in vienna/ austria around 1910 - which was also a purveyor to the austrian k&k court - this artfully crafted silverplated centerpiece impresses with an amazing design and reflects the typical form language of this wellknown period. Slight abrasions all over this antique silvered bowl/ centerpiece show parts of the shining brass body which gives it a very nice, unique charme and finalizes the great look of this early 20th century art nouveau centerpiece. Coming in great original condition with a nice patina, this antique, decorative art nouveau bowl or centerpiece is hallmarked with the renowed "jl herrmann" logo (with standing lion) on the base. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
