Such items were produced in Sheffield, the famous center of silver production.

Judging by the stamp with the inscription "Queen Victoria" and the image of the coat of arms, this product is from the so—called "Sheffield Plate" collection - a technique that included coating copper or brass objects with silver. The brand on the teapot, such as the image of a crown, a coat of arms with a lion and other symbols, are typical for British silverware manufacturers.

The shape of the teapot with a wooden handle and engraved patterns reminiscent of the Victorian style suggests that it was most likely created in the early 20th century, as part of retro collections inspired by the era of Queen Victoria.
