Lacquer loosses in some places but even so gives very nice impression. Was made probably in England (see note below). One corner bracket is missing.

NOTE: The fashion for oriental lacquer during the baroque period led to a production of japanned furniture in Northen Europe, not only in England. For instance in Berlin Gérard Dagly (c. 1660–1715) founded a high quality production. less
