- This sink is in excellent condition for its 69 years, with a nice glossy finish and few signs of prior … moreThis sink is in excellent condition for its 69 years, with a nice glossy finish and few signs of prior use to be found. The faucet parts have discoloration to the chrome, but since they are original to the piece, they were included. They have not been recently tested with water, but the movement of the knobs feels right. The sink itself it nearly flawless. The horizontal surface around the bowl looks very good with little wear to the finish. There are some small chips at the back where it meets the wall. These were (and will be) covered by the gasket, thus not visible when the sink is installed. The only very small dings in the porcelain that were found are in the right corner area. They are shallow and measures about 0.1". There is another tiny mark in the same area that is part of the make up of the sink. The interior of the bowl is fine, with no chips and very few scratches to be found, and the flange and stopper are very good for their age. The entire outside surface of the sink is in fine shape, with virtually no blemishes found. The bottom of the sink is excellent, and the plumbing and mechanical pieces are in very good physical condition and function as they should. less
