This is the perfect Mid Century Modern Credenza being just the right size and with the quintessential American walnut and cane detailing. It’s quite large so please note measurements. It has dovetailed drawers, solid wood construction with walnut veneers. The back panel is a lighter weight material but very solid structurally. It’s in excellent vintage condition dating to 1964. It has reversible panels on the doors which can be changed out from cane to solid walnut. There is one stationary shelf inside the right cabinet and one drawer inside the left cabinet. The lower left portion of the base shows a variation in finish where we “cleaned” some dark spots. There are no major flaws to call out. It has some very minor nicks at edges of slivers of veneer missing in a couple of spots but has been amazingly cared for; it didn’t need refinishing because of this. There are some darker areas at the base of each leg but that’s because it sat on carpet and walnut lightens with age, thus the darker original finish at the tips of legs. This is only cosmetic. This piece could also function as a dresser if desired.
