Horner and could have been made by either one. The carving is of the highest quality and certainly could be one of those two makers. The tables feature antique leather tops in circular form with embossed gold-tooled perimeters and is time-worn and will show signs of age and stains from use. The tables are from the 1890s era and could be American or Italian-made.
