Having the most intricate detailed hand painted decoration with a blue ribbon porcelain top decoration. Rich raised enamel decoration depicting various scenes with Asian figures. Note : Rose medallion, canton and mandarin porcelain decorated objects had different grades of quality and this rare piece is one of the older antique examples in all original condition and it has the top level quality rating ( see images).
